Wendy is boss of the water worlds, she is a staff ghost on Dolphin Shoals in Mario Kart 8. Which throws back of her being boss of several water worlds. I decided to make her queen of the water worlds XD. I was gonna make a poster of her riding some Dolphins, but it turned out awful.

Anyway, Wendy is just underwater exploring her world. Seeing pipes, manta rays, fish, dolphins, etc. Hope you enjoy
